Paratha
A paratha is a flatbread native to the Indian subcontinent, prevalent throughout the modern-day nations of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nepal, Maldives and Myanmar, where wheat is the traditional staple. Paratha is an amalgamation of the words "parat and atta".
