 A Samucha is a fried or baked pastry with a savory filling such as spiced potatoes, onions, peas, lentils, ground lamb, beef or chicken.It’s a very popular regional speciality in Jamalpur and greater Mymensing division .

  • 500 g minced meat (lamb, chicken, beef)
  • 3/4 tbsp oil, for frying the meat
  • salt, as required
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
