Rasso Malai

 Ras malai or rossomalai or Rasamalei is a dessert originating from the eastern regions of the Indian subcontinent. It has been described as "a rich cheesecake without a crust". Though Ras Malai is made in different places, of them Comilla District in Bangladesh and Kolkata in Indian state of West Bengal are known prominently.

Recipes: 

  1. For Sweets

  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Cornstarch 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp + 0.5 cup of water

   

      2.For Malai

  • Milk 4 cups
  • Sugar 2 tbsp


      3. For Sugar Syrup

  • Water 4 cups
  • Sugar 2 cup
