- 7 unpeeled potatoes.
- 1-1/2 tbs celery salt.
- 1-1/2 tbs pepper.
- 1/2 quarts ice water.
- Teaspoons salt as required.
- 1/2 tbs garlic powder.
- Oil for deep-fat frying as required.
