Hajir Biryani
Hajir biryani is one of the oldest restaurants in the heart of Old Dhaka Bangladesh, selling chevon biryani (dish made with highly seasoned rice and goat's meat). In 1939 the restaurant was started as a roadside food corner by a person named Haji Mohammad Hossain.

- Green Chili 6-10 pcs,
- Green Chili paste 1 tbsp,
- Plain Yogurt 3 tbsp,
- Rose Water 1 tsp ,
- Kewra Water 1 tsp,
- Hot Water 6/7 cups + Milk 2 cups,
